WHAT IS A GUIDED MEDITATION JOURNEY?

A guided meditation journey is a series of consecutive, privately guided sessions, performed over weeks where you are unconditionally nurtured every step of your journey no matter what your intensions are.  Whatever you want in your life, you will be guided to it.  Meditation Journeys can make it easier to acknowledge, accept, and release suppressed emotions, limiting beliefs, and fears.  These changes can take time which is why Soul Meditation Journey helps you develop a practice to integrate into your current lifestyle.  Click on the offerings tab to see what journey suits you best.

WHAT IS MEDITATION?

Meditation is a set of techniques that are intended to heighten awareness and focus attention inwardly which can broaden our perspective of life in a non-judgmental way.  With consistency and practice, we learn to simply observe our thoughts and feelings without accepting or rejecting them.  This creates space for the mind and body to process and clear any thoughts and emotions that do not serve us a purpose opening us up to a growth mindset as opposed to a fixed mindset.

WHAT TO EXPECT ON YOUR JOURNEY

Experience a profound shift by connecting with your authentic self, getting to know the real you, and reconnecting.  In your private sessions with me, I create a safe space that allows these shifts to happen.  A deep sense of calm and relaxation is felt after the sessions.  From this space the greatest changes can occur.  Each person's journey is unique and will flow differently according to what needs to be worked through. All of your private sessions take place online through zoom.  You can pick a comfortable, quiet, distraction free part of your home to fully immerse yourself in your journey with me.

HOW LONG IS EACH SESSION?

Each session is approximately 1 hour in length.  Know that you will be supported every step of the way.
